Restore Day Retreat (Fairfield)
Saturday, July 25
12.30pm-5.30pm
This thoughtfully curated day weaves together movement, stillness, massage, education, and reflective practice, designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and leave you feeling grounded, nourished, resourced and rested. Experienced in community, it’s an invitation to share and connect with like-minded souls, and co-regulate in a supportive and intentional environment.
Join Tarren and Ally for an immersive day retreat designed to support nervous system regulation, connection and rest. Tarren is a Remedial Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher, and Ally is a Naturopath and Yoga Teacher - they met through yoga (of course) and have been friends since. Their first day retreat offering was in Albury-Wodonga earlier in the year, they’ve hosted multiple Yin and Massage events together, and are excited to bring 2.0 Restore Day Retreat to Melbourne.
Retreat Schedule
• Welcome cacao
• Gentle yoga class to begin aligning the body, mind and nervous system
• Naturopath workshop - a demonstration of how to make a potent herbal body oil which you will get to take home. Followed by a herbal tea meditation.
• Herbal tea break with snacks provided
• Yin Yoga class guided by Ally. You’ll receive a face, head, neck and shoulder massage by Tarren during class
• Breathwork, Guided Yoga Nidra and Meditation class
It’s an afternoon to go slow and to be cared for - without anyone needing anything for you. This retreat is ideal for anyone feeling busy, burnt out, or simply craving time to slow down, move gently, and reconnect with themselves and others in a supportive, small-group setting.

FAQ
My schedule is quite busy on Saturdays can I come late or leave early?
Yes that’s no problem. Just let us know beforehand and we’ll confirm our timings for the day so we can make your entry/exit smooth.
What if I have an injury?
You are still welcome, as options are provided throughout the day and we encourage you to move or find stillness in a way that suits you. Please let us know in the booking form or email us if you want to have a chat.
Can I come on my own?
Of course, many people come on their own.
I’m a new Mum, can I bring my baby?
To keep the space zen for the group, please come alone. However you are welcome to have someone bring your baby to the reception at Rituel throughout the day to feed.
Is the retreat safe during pregnancy?
Yes ♡ Everything throughout the day can be modified to support you if you’re pregnant. All yoga and movement will be adjusted to feel safe, gentle and nourishing for your body.
I’m new to yoga and meditation, can I still join?
Of course! All practices are gentle, steady and beginner friendly.
What is Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a type of non-sleep deep rest, it often involves a body scan meditation to evoke physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
