Hi, I’m Tarren, a Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist based in Fitzroy and Melbourne’s Inner North. Through yoga, I’ve learned to embrace life’s natural cycles, navigate change, and find balance in mind and body.

My Yoga Journey

Yoga has been part of my life on and off since my teenage years, but it became a consistent practice in 2017. That year, I left the corporate world, feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my body. I knew I needed a change.

I started working in a yoga studio, practicing yoga five times a week, attending therapy, and gradually reconnecting with myself. Yoga helped me find calm, presence, and balance — lessons I now bring to all my students.

My Training & Certifications

I’m committed to learning and bringing the best of what I’ve studied into my classes and workshops. My main training includes:

  • Diploma of Remedial Massage

  • Certificate in Manual Lymphatic Drainage

  • Mindfulness Self-Compassion Course by Kristin Neff

  • Vedic Meditation Training with Mahasoma

  • 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (Vinyasa/Hatha) with Here Yoga

  • 50hr Yin Yoga Training with Breath of Heart

  • 300hr Yoga Teacher Training (Vinyasa/Hatha) with Nicky G Yoga

This training informs my teaching style, combining mindfulness, body awareness, and restorative practices.
