FAQ - Where does the Lymphatic Fluid go?

FAQ FAQ FAQ - But where does the Lymphatic fluid go? My clients ask.

You can see during, straight after and for a period post your LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE treatment that you are visibly less puffy/fluidy/swollen.

This is because your lymph fluid is mobilised during the massage and directed toward the lymph ducts at your collar bones, where it reconnects with and reenters the bloodstream. From there the kidneys and liver contribute to the further breaking down and filtering. And at last the excess fluid and waste products are eliminated via your urine, stool or sweat.

With this movement and release of waste, people often feel clearer, lighter and refreshed. And see Lymphatic Drainage as another tool they can lean on for body balance.

If you have more questions let me know or book an appointment with me in Fitzroy or Clifton Hill, Melbourne.
